1.4125 steel is a martensitic stainless steel with high levels of corrosion and wear resistance. The 1.4125 material provides high-temperature resistance and wear resistance, and its high hardness and sharpness characteristics make it ideal for cutting operations.440C stainless steel is a member of the 400 series of stainless steels. It has the highest carbon content among them.
Applications
1.4125 steel is a preferred type of steel for knives, cutting tools that require stainless properties, rollers, punch disks, screws and heads in plastic manufacturing, roller bearings, nozzles of injection molds, cutting blades used in the food industry, and machine parts. Additionally, the 1.4125 material is used in the production of various components used in different industries. For example, it is utilized in the manufacturing of components like pumps, valves, gears, and connection elements used in industries such as food and chemistry. This material offers high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
